The Early Learning Center is the weekday ministry of Grace Memorial Baptist Church.
Our mission is to provide a happy, loving, Christian enviroment in order for children to grow mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.
Train up a child in the way he should go and when he grows old he will not depart from it.

Mother's Day Out
We offer a Mother's Day Out Program for children between the ages of 1 and 2 years of age. This program follows a regular schedule including group activities, individual play, outside activities, singing, crafts and story time. We offer Mother's Day Out on the following days:
Monday and Wednesday 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
or
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
Preschool
Our Preschool Programs are offered to 3 and 4 year old children. Each class follows a structured schedule and is designed with the "center" concept. The center concept offers children the opprotunity to work together in small groups in areas such as math, language, art, science and computer. The schedule also includes additional curriculum enrichment activities such as music, story time, group activities, outside play, and chapel lessons. The 4 year old Preschool Program uses a modified A-Beka language arts curriculum to teach phonics and writing skills. We offer a variety of programs on the following days:

Kindergarten
We offer an excellent Kindergarten Program focusing on math and reading skills. We also use the "center" concept in the class to give the children the opportunity to work in small groups in areas such as science, art and computer. Large group activities include story time, music, bible lessons and outside play. Our Kindergarten Program operates on the following schedule:
Monday and Friday
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
9:00 am - 2:30 pm
Kindergarten (only) Extended Care Hours
Extended care hours are available on the short days, for the children attending either of our 5 day programs. The hours are from 12:00 pm until 2:30 pm.
